> Marsh, I thought you made some good points about an awareness
campaign. These efforts can be expensive however, and may not penetrate.
Perhaps there can be a smaller scale demo?
We are developing a model campaign in Harlem. But, you know, the reality is that, we as a nation, really have to make a serious commitment that we are truly interested in all people having the information, the access and the tools....that we want to narrow, if not, close this divide ... and, it is really by any means necessary...
