Dr. Reed has guided the development of the TFA business plan and the establishment of several national corporate and program relationships that are guiding its work. Using the Internet and the Enron Intelligent Network as its backbone, TFA is delivering content to the computer desktops of affiliated organizations and their programs serving the underserved across the U.S. TFA's program partners include HUD's Neighborhood Networks program, the Community Technology Centers Network, the YMCA of the USA, and the America Connects Consortium.
